Dr Bola is the Founder and Director of Life Changers Network CIC UK with a special focus on Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women to create awareness on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and related issues and work with those affected by it to improve the quality of lives, whilst working with statutory and voluntary organisations.
She is presently working on a project targeted at making contributions to ending Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in pursuit of the 2030 SDG 5 and 10 which aims at achieving gender equality, and reducing inequalities, respectively. She is also the founder and Board Chair of Life Touchers Africa Network, an NGO committed to impacting the lives of women and girls in Africa in pursuit of the Sustainable Developments Goals one, two, four, five and ten; and at large, in making the world a better place for the female.
She is an accomplished author of four books which are titled ‘You Are too Loaded to Fail’, a book set to awaken your potential; ‘You Need to Know’, an instructive manual for young people; ‘Brave Up’, a collection of motivational poems for the discerning; and ‘Stop the Razor’, a cry against Female Genital Mutilation.
Dr Bola is a certified human resource professional and project manager with over 10 years of experience, working on various projects across multiple sectors, including the private and public sectors, within and outside the shores of Nigeria. Some of the specific industries she has worked in are the banking industry, IT consulting industry, HR consulting industry, Education industry, Healthcare industry and Telecommunication industry.
She has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria; Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, University of Lagos, Nigeria; another Masters in Energy Economics from the University of Dundee, Scotland; and a PhD in Business and Management with specialisation in Performance Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and she is a Prince 2 certified project manager.
Dr Bola has been endorsed as a ‘Global Talent’ in 2020 by the Art Council England in the UK and she is also a recipient of local awards, state awards, national awards and a presidential award in Nigeria.
